Step 1: Cut out the pieces

Use the pattern to cut out the following pieces:

Exterior fabric - 2 main pieces, 2 lining pieces, and 2 fusible fleece pieces
Contrasting fabric - 2 drawstring channel pieces and 2 drawstring tie pieces
Interfacing (optional) - 2 main pieces

Step 2: Fuse the fleece and interfacing (optional)

If you're using fusible fleece or interfacing, iron it onto the wrong side of the exterior fabric pieces. This will give the bag some structure and stability.
